Incorporating cardiovascular exercise into your routine 3 to 5 times per week not only will help you lose weight but it will have very positive effects on your overall health.

The most popular kinds of cardio exercise in fitness centers are treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary bikes, group classes, boot camps, etc. Cardio does not have to be boring. Try to get a friend involved with you or if you like using cardio machines but you get bored just looking around a gym look for a fitness center that offers entertainment such as cardio theatre or personalized televisions on each piece of equipment. The only way to ensure that you will stick to a routine is to make it entertaining. If you have to force yourself to go chances are you will not stick to your fitness routine for long. If you truly want to make a positive healthy change in your like keep it exciting.
